NOTE: TO BID OR PURCHASE A COMMISSIONER SALE PROPERTY: SUBJECT TO THE TERMS OF SALE MOST GENERALLY YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PAY 10% DOWN WITH THE REMAINING BALANCE DUE IN 90 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SALE. IF NOT PAYING IN CASH THE DAY OF THE SALE YOU WILL NEED A LETTER FROM A REPUTABLE FINANCIAL INSTITUTION STATING HOW MUCH YOU CAN BID UP TO. PURCHASER WILL ACCRUE INTEREST OF 10% PER ANNUM FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE BALANCE WHICH ACCRUES DAILY AFTER THE DATE OF SALE UNTIL PAYMENT RECEIVED IN FULL. UNLESS THE PURCHASER IS A PARTY IN THE CASE REAL ESTATE TRANSFER STAMP TAX WILL BE COLLECTED. BUYER WILL BE PROVIDED WITH A BOND OF PURCHASE THE DAY OF SALE TO PROVIDE TO THEIR LENDER. ONCE PAYMENT IS COLLECTED IN FULL A COMMISSIONER’S DEED WILL BE EXECUTED.
