Faulkner County Judge Allen Dodson swore in Eden Roberts Thursday morning as Justice of the Peace representing Faulkner County JP District 12. Justice Roberts was appointed by Governor Sarah Sanders to complete the term of Justice Jerry Boyer who passed away on May 31, 2023. She will serve as a member of the Faulkner County Quorum Court for the remainder of the term which ends December 31, 2024.
Justice Roberts will serve on the quorum court’s Budget & Finance Committee and the Courts & Public Safety Committee.
After being sworn in, Justice Roberts said, “as Justice of the Peace, my foremost commitment is to work tirelessly for the betterment of our district and to uphold the values we hold dear. I am dedicated to promoting transparency, fairness, and inclusivity in every decision made on behalf of our community.”
