Arkansas Division of Emergency Management (ADEM)

ADEM Training & Exercise

The Arkansas Division of Emergency Management (ADEM) offers a variety of in-person courses and exercises to enhance the skills of emergency responders across the state.

  • Youth Preparedness Training Program
    A program designed to help youth become prepared for emergency situations and teach them important emergency response skills.

     


     

FEMA Online Training Courses

The following National Incident Management System (NIMS) online courses are available through FEMA to strengthen your emergency response knowledge:

Local Training Opportunities

Arkansas Department of Emergency Management Classes

ADEM also offers various in-person training courses. You must register through the ADEM website to participate in these courses.

Hazmat Training Schedule

Learn about hazardous materials (Hazmat) handling through the ADEM Hazmat Classes. Registration is required via their official website.

     


      

Arkansas Fire Training Academy

The Arkansas Fire Training Academy (AFTA) offers specialized fire-related training. To participate in these courses, an application must be submitted for admission.
